Switzerland, home of Pinot wines
The tasting sessions for the 23rd edition of the Mondial des Pinots took place in Sierre from September 4th – 6th 2020. Over the three days, 58 judges (of which half were non-Swiss) evaluated 1132 wines from 21 countries. Local wines led the pack in terms of awards, taking all six of this year’s Grand Gold medals, and 74 of the 92 Gold medals.
